From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, 9,609 patients were attached to a primary care provider.

33 providers were recruited, including 19 family physicians, 13 locums and 1 nurse practitioner.

100% of UBC Okanagan Family Medicine residents engaged with the Division by attending at least one event.

Central Okanagan maternity clinics came together to design a Centralized Maternity Referral System, strengthening coordination across care.

The PCN facilitated an average of 504 referrals to allied health each month, supporting integrated, multidisciplinary care and helping reduce the burden on family physicians.
